Secure, held payment
Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch LaundryClik's servers. Payment is authorised when you book and only settles once the business confirms and completes the job.
Transparent pricing
Rates, pickup fees, and any express surcharge are shown in full before you confirm. Nothing is added to the total after the fact.
Refund protection
If an item comes back damaged, or does not come back at all, the dispute process puts LaundryClik between you and the business. That mediation is something an individual laundromat cannot offer.
