Per-pound services
Wash & fold and by-the-pound bulk laundry are weighed on receipt and billed at the business's published per-pound rate, subject to a stated minimum weight — commonly 10–15 lbs.
Per-garment services
Dry cleaning and press are billed per item against a published price list. You see the per-item rate for each garment type on the business profile before you book.
Pickup and delivery fees
Each business sets its own delivery fee, commonly $0–$12, and many waive it above a minimum order size. The fee appears as its own line before you confirm.
Express surcharge
Express and same-day are the base service plus a percentage uplift — around 25% is typical — set by the business and itemised separately at checkout.
What is never added
There is no subscription, no booking fee charged to the customer, and no surge pricing. The total shown before you confirm is the total charged.
