The terms that govern your use of the LaundryClik platform.

LaundryClik is a technology platform that connects customers with independent laundry businesses offering pickup, delivery, wash-and-fold, dry cleaning, pressing, and related laundry services. By using LaundryClik, users agree to provide accurate account, pickup, delivery, and payment information. Customers must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

LaundryClik does not directly clean, wash, dry, press, alter, repair, or transport items unless expressly stated. Services are fulfilled by independent business providers and/or assigned delivery personnel. Availability, turnaround time, pricing, accepted items, service quality, and delivery windows may vary by provider.

Customers are responsible for checking pockets, removing valuables, separating special-care items, and disclosing garment instructions before pickup. LaundryClik and participating providers are not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, keys, fragile items, or other valuables left inside laundry bags.

All orders are subject to provider acceptance, service availability, payment authorization, fraud checks, and platform safety rules. LaundryClik may suspend or cancel accounts, orders, businesses, or drivers for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, false information, payment disputes, repeated cancellations, or violation of platform rules.
